GOOD MORNING!
This is about work being steered away from you by auto insurers.
It’s wrong and illegal, but they do it anyway.

Marketing Your World
Since 1993
I’d like to ask every Independent Auto Body and Auto Glass Shop owner who does not want to be just another name on some auto insurers’ recommended or approved list in order to maybe get some work this question —
Do you have a Customer Awareness Program that promotes
your collision repair or auto glass facility and gives the vehicle owner
the chance to Call You First?
If not, let me ask you this, with respect — How’s that working for you?
So, how important is a Customer Awareness Program?
It’s what gives the vehicle owner the chance to Call You First.
Without Customer Awareness, odds are against the vehicle owner
calling you and you getting the job.
Without Customer Awareness you give the insurance companies
the upper hand and let them take away the vehicle owners’ right
to choose— because without you the vehicle owner will be kept
unaware of their options.
Remember…the BEST chance, and some would say the ONLY chance
you have to get a collision damaged vehicle into your shop or to replace
a broken windshield is by giving the owner the CHANCE to Call You First.
And the only way you can give the vehicle owner that CHANCE
to contact you is by having a Customer Awareness Program.
I wish it were a silver bullet, but unfortunately it’s not.
However, I can help you with a proven Marketing & Advertising Program
I created and designed to generate top of mind awareness, and used
since 1993. It is rooted in two Marketing Truths —
Truths on which your shop’s future success can build.
ONE: People Buy Things From People They Know
(whether it’s real or perceived knowledge)
TWO: Awareness Creates Preference, and Preference Is What Increases Sales
So…Is having a solid Customer Awareness Program
crucial to the future success of your business?
You Bet!
As you know steering isn’t going away anytime soon.
If you’d like to know more, please contact me at 352.350.6874,
and let me share with you the most effective and cost efficient way
to implement your custom and exclusive Customer Awareness Program.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Sincerely,
TOM HUGHES

Ps: I invite you to visit a site I created with a fun radio commercial I wrote

Hi,
My name is Taylor and I’m the Community Manager for Convoy Auto Repair based in San Diego, CA. I came across your blog the other day and thought that your audience would find an infographic we created useful.
It’s titled “Car Repair Costs Across The USA – Who Pays The Most?” and is a fun way of showing the breakdown of common repairs accross the nation. We’d be delighted if you would share this with your readers on your blog.
If interested, you can view the infographic and grab the embed code here: http://www.convoyautorepair.com/automotive-news/car-repair-costs-across-the-usa-who-pays-the-most-infographic.
Thank you for your consideration!
Taylor
