Is it a good practice to put epoxy or body panel adhesive on the flat or contacting surfaces between the new outside bedside panel and the wheel well/inner bedside panel where you aren’t going to weld at?

This video was very helpful is explaining how a truck panel is replaced. I can see how good it would be to get that done as soon as possible, and to find a shop that can do it fast. I wonder if I should call around and get prices for a place that can do that?
